All the Midnight need is a Phantom's loss to clinch a round 3 position. 

If the Phantoms go 3-0, the Midnight will have a chance at vengeance against the Vipers. However, if the Phantoms go 2-1-0, the Midnight will have a tie-breaker.

The only ways the Midnight won't have to compete in a tie-breaker is if the Phantoms lose tonight or they win tonight and lose in OT against the Vipers.
